Work From Home Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities:
* Field inbound calls from individuals  
* Assist callers with their online application of Unemployment Benefits.
* Help troubleshoot problems with online tool
* Schedule appointments for applicants and unemployment benefits coordinators
* Work from your home (virtual role)

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Cell phone or landline
• High Speed Internet (WiFi works if it meets speed requirements)
• Ability to use Skype
• Fast working desktop or laptop computer
• Must be dependable and speak clearly on the phone
• Headset – need to be hands-free to take notes on the computer during the calls!
