Position Description
The Business Development Specialist (BDS) is an entry level position on our sales team that will be responsible for developing leads on prospective clients. The BDS will work with the Regional Sales Director and Regional Sales Consultants to schedule appointments and meetings, follow up on all client leads and keep meticulous records in our Salesforce database.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote Frontier to prospective clients via outbound calls
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
- Qualify prospects to determine business potential
- Set meetings, conference calls and/or webcasts as needed and coordinate schedules with Sales Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and maintain reports as needed
- Familiarity with sales software preferred
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
