Carma Productions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, strategic, savvy media sales professional to join our family. This role will primarily be responsible for the generation and growth of online and print advertising for a diverse portfolio of advertising options.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in online and/or traditional media sales. We re looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing client base. You must be results driven, have strong analytical skills, and be committed to creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain an account list

Develop and cultivate deep relationships with client senior executives at SVP, VP, CMO, and President levels.

Hit target revenue quota

Pitch new business to advertising agencies and direct clients

Basic Requirements:
Candidates must have a deep understanding of the local market

Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships

Ability to articulately communicate verbally and in writing

Understanding of how technology works and the ability to explain it in ordinary terms

Energetic, passionate, and persistent personality

Reliable automobile, cellular telephone, and laptop computer

Compensation:
Base salary + Commission + Bonuses
Benefits package including health, optional dental, vacation time, and PTO
